Pair of Chamber Members Win National Awards

A pair of Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce members recently earned top honors for their advertising campaigns.

Harvest Moon Advertising, a full-service advertising and communications firm in La Crosse, recently earned top honors in The Davey Awards for the “Do Something Simply Super” campaign they created for Big Brothers, Big Sisters Of The Coulee Region. The Davey Awards is an international creative award focused exclusively on honoring outstanding creative work from the best small firms worldwide. This year, Harvest Moon Advertising was one of the 4,000 entries from ad agencies, interactive agencies, production firms and graphic design houses.

And in Red Wing, Treasure Island Resort & Casino earned top honors for their advertising campaign from the American Gaming Association (AGA) as well as the Advertising Federation (Ad Fed) of Minnesota. The AGA awarded Treasure Island with a 2007 Gaming Voice Award for the http://www.theislandiscallingyou.com/ Web site. Moreover, the site received a Bronze Push-Pin for Excellence from Ad Fed. In addition to these awards, Treasure Island also took home another Bronze Push-Pin from Ad Fed for the lifeguard television commercial.
