4th Annual Red Cross Heroes Campaign

The Southeast Minnesota Chapter of the American Red Cross is kicking-off the 4th Annual Red Cross Heroes Campaign May 1 with a goal of raising $100,000. The concept for "heroes" is fun and simple. Heroes can do anything they want to (as long as it's legal!) to raise $1,000 for the Red Cross. Heroes can be individuals, teams, businesses, clubs, schools, colleges…anyone!

Heroes raise dollars in unique ways from dressing up as super heroes to simply wearing jeans on Fridays. Heroes enjoy the camaraderie and competition that occurs when voting for cutest baby or funniest hairdo photo. Others enjoy holding raffles for a vacation day, vacation package, or beautiful gift baskets. Several heroes choose to simply write a check for $1,000 or offer sponsorship opportunities to the Red Cross.
