The Administrative Professional’s role is crucial to the operations of a successful
business. In today’s environment Administrative Professionals are many times the
first impression of an organization and that impression can leave a lasting image
on the customer or visitor. This workshop recognizes the challenges an Administrative Professional has within his or her position and will provide tips and techniques to be more effective in that important role.

This day long session focuses on energizing yourself and your workplace. The
participants will have an opportunity to select break out sessions on the following
topics: building a professional image, assertive communication, business writing,
and organizing desk and office clutter. Participants will be able to enhance their skills through presentations, group discussions, networking and sharing of personal stories.
