The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors welcomed the newest Starbucks Coffee location to the Chamber today with a Noon ribbon cutting. A project that was in the works since November, Starbucks opened its doors today in the skyway level of the Radisson Plaza Hotel downtown next to the Metro restaurant. The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors welcomed the newest Starbucks Coffee location to the Chamber today with a Noon ribbon cutting.
