The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Rochester Branch of the NAACP invite you to the 13th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We Have a Dream Breakfast. This year's keynote address will be given by Dr. Romain Dallemand, Rochester Public School District Superintendent.
