World Harmony Runners to speak at YMCA in Rochester

The World Harmony Runners are speaking at the YMCA Monday, July 21st at 8 a.m. The World Harmony Run team members will introduce themselves and their country, speak about the message of the run, that “Harmony Begins with Me,” and highlight the need for friendship and harmony in the school and the community. They will also mention the benefits of physical fitness.

Children present will be able to ask questions and children will be encouraged to become “Torch-Bearers for Harmony” in their community by being kind and considerate to one another as well as by looking for ways to increase harmony in their lives and the lives those around them. They will be invited to hold the torch, make a wish for world harmony and run a short distance with the team in the school grounds. Each child will receive a World Harmony Run sticker.

Feel free to join for yourself and/or your family. Check out the Web site for more information: www.worldharmonyrun.org or call 507-287-2260.
