Thursdays on First has been so rainy this summer, a few of the musical performance have been cancelled. So, the Rochester Downtown Alliance has teamed up with the rained-out bands to bring you "Kick-off to Labor Day Weekend Music Friday!"From Noon to 8:30 p.m. today, there will be bands performing on the Peace Plaza to help get you into the holiday weekend spirit! Downtown restaurants will also be setting up outside with food and drink to keep the party going all day.
