WINONA FLOOD RECOVERY ASSISTANCE NEEDED

We received several phone calls today regarding the recent flooding in SE Minnesota, and the Winona Area Chamber of Commerce - who is leading support efforts in the Winona area - has an urgent need for assistance. Here is what they are looking for:

The Winona Chamber is urgently seeking donations which may be sent to the Winona Mall (the old Pet Store location). Items mostly needed include cleaning items (buckets, shovels, rubber gloves, bleach, cleaning products, mops, rubber boots (high priority), large garbage bags, pumps, generators, wheel barrows, etc.) and personal items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, diapers of all sizes and other similar personal hygiene items, and bottled water. No food or clothing is being accepted at the mall location.

The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to supporting these efforts and your leadership in responding and encouraging other businesses and individuals to respond is critical.
